A room block has been reserved at the Sheraton Boston available for the nights of Wednesday, July 29th, 2026 – Friday July 31st, 2026 at the special conference rate of $279 per night.

Northeastern Housing
Apartment Style Accommodations: Accommodations are in our newer construction buildings. All units feature air-conditioning, a full kitchen, a living room, and a semi-private bathroom. Most bedrooms are within a shared apartment.
These rooms are available to all; however, preference will be given to students and postdoctoral fellows if we run out of rooms. Please note that we strictly cannot accommodate children in these rooms. Please choose one of the hotel options if you are traveling with children. Two styles of rooms are available:
• Double – $72.00 per person/night (two twin beds with shared bathroom/common room, total cost of room with two occupants is $144 per night)
• Single – $96.00 per person/night (one twin bed with shared bathroom/common room)

The Colonnade Hotel
A room block has been reserved at the Colonnade Hotel available for the nights of Wednesday, July 29th, 2026 – Friday July 31st at the special conference rate of $389 per night.
